GDPR Policy

Our data processing complies to the Consent & Contract bases under the GDPR.

We collect and hold information only so that we can deal with enquires and bookings and occasionally relevant marketing. We do not share your information with any 3rd party and our website is secured with HTTPS.

Newsletter Sign-up. If you sign up to our newsletter we collect your name and email address and will email you offers and updates about our coaching from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on info@equilibrium-partners.co.uk.

Contacting us by email or telephone. If you contact us by email or telephone we will keep your details so that we can best deal with your enquiry. We will use this to contact and have ongoing correspondence with you and may occasionally email you about our coaching in the form of an e-newsletter from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on info@equilibrium-partners.co.uk.

Website forms. We collect your details via the booking forms for call sessions, taster, city groups, retreats and 121 coaching, as per the fields listed on the forms. We will use this to fulfil our agreement with you and have ongoing correspondence where necessary and may occasionally email you about our coaching in the form of an e-newsletter from which you can unsubscribe either via the link at the bottom of the email or contacting us on info@equilibrium-partners.co.uk.

Third party integration.  Our website uses third party services to help us manage and promote our website. Our analytics are provided by Google Analytics and Squarespace and contain anonymous data, our mail-list is managed by Mailchimp containing names and email addresses and our enquiry back up is held by Google Drive containing the contents of the form fields submitted.
